Linaweaver Construction is currently hiring for the following full-time positions: General Laborer, Heavy Equipment Operator, and Class A CDL Truck Driver. We seek committed individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.


General Laborer

Assist in concrete work and pipe installation

Follow daily instructions from site supervisors to support project execution

Prepare and clean job sites: remove debris, clear hazards, and set up traffic controls (cones, signage)

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, drills, tampers, jackhammers)
-
Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards

Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, backhoes, and cranes to perform earthmoving, grading, and material handling tasks

Conduct thorough pre- and post-operation inspections; perform routine maintenance (lubrication, fluid checks, minor repairs) to ensure safe, reliable equipment use

Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and site layouts to execute work according to specifications

Collaborate with site crews and supervisors to coordinate tasks and maintain efficient workflow

Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards; report hazards and ensure a clean, safe work environment


Truck Driver

Safely operate dump trucks and trailers to transport materials (sand, gravel, dirt, equipment) to and from construction sites

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including fluid checks and mechanical safety assessments

Load and unload materials, ensuring secure loads and correct weight distribution dmc-ex.com

Follow DOT/FMCSA regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies at all times
-
Communicate with site supervisors and dispatchers to coordinate deliveries and report on load status, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents
