Linaweaver Construction, Inc.
Linaweaver Construction is a family-owned and operated company that has proudly served the greater Kansas City metro area since its founding in 1975 by Jerry Linaweaver Sr. Leadership passed to his son, Mark Linaweaver, who led as president from 1991 until his recent retirement. Control of the company has now transitioned to the third generation—Mark's children—ensuring the continuation of the family legacy and commitment to quality craftsmanship and service.
Mark Linaweaver Hauling LLC
In 1994, Mark Linaweaver recognized the need for additional trucking capacity to support the growing volume of construction projects and founded Mark Linaweaver Hauling, LLC alongside his wife, Lisa. Together, they built and managed both Linaweaver Construction and the hauling company while raising their family. Now retired, Mark and Lisa have passed day-to-day responsibilities to their kids, and the whole family works together to keep Linaweaver Construction, Inc. and Mark Linaweaver Hauling, LLC running—continuing the legacy of this family-owned enterprise.
